Fran Bull Choose Your Own Title

In Italy she is known above all as the protagonist of visual art, but to the activity of painter and sculptor, Fran Bull, also adds that of successful writer and graphic designer.

Released in September 2019, his latest book Choose Your Own Title is becoming an authentic cult object.

The volume, published by the Bolognese publisher Damiani, for example, was recently the protagonist of an evening at the Poliform on Madison in New York (where Fran Bull read and signed the copies).

The event was judged to be one of the most successful evenings in New York's cultural life of the beginning of 2020. The book includes 19 poems and 54 images, in perfect harmony with each other.

The American artist, who has gone from a leading element of photorealism to a star of abstract neo - expressionism, is very close to Italy.

Between 2017 and 2019, he participated in important exhibitions in our country, including "solo-shows" at the 57th Venice Biennale, at the Loa Space and at the Fabbrica del Vapore.

It is important to underline how the book was born from the creative encounter between Fran Bull and the award-winning designer Yolanda Cuomo, who collaborated with the likes of Richard Avedon, Paul Simon and Larry Fink.
